Your body is made of lots of cells. You can think of cells like Legos.

Cells are used to build everything in your body from bones to your stomach and everything in between.

Just like a Lego set, your cells have instructions for making different parts of your body.

Your cells are keeping you healthy by replacing old dead cells with new cells.

You also grow because your cells make more copies of themselves with instructions.

Sometimes the instructions can get messed up and your body doesn’t work like it should.
